I only remember vague symbols from the story; a little rose, a single sheep, those freaking baobob trees. No matter what though, the more I read that book, the worse I felt. Same effect as The Last Unicorn. Wow. I think I need to post that as well.
If you told me you'd just read a book by a guy named Antoine De Saint-Exupery, that isn't what I would have pictured the book to look like. Sounds like the kind of name you have to put a "The" in front of when introducing him.
